"I first ordered this online 6 months ago and the order never shipped. I spoke with two customer service agents and the first one was not helpful and told me to continue to wait. The second one helped me cancel my first order and reorder and I received my glasses shortly after. My only complaint about the glasses themselves are the nosepads which are curved like a U. They are very slippy, especially if you have an oily nose, because so little of the nosepad is actually making direct contact with your skin. I switched out the nosepads at an optical center and now I love them! They are stylist, lightweight and comfortable to wear all day."
