JINS' Virtual Try-On Feature
Try on prescription glasses and sunglasses from the comfort of your couch (or anywhere else for that matter) using JINS' virtual try-on feature. Our extensive inventory includes over 1,000 styles, ranging from retro-inspired to ultra-modern and in adjustable, alternative, and low bridge fits.
Why the Virtual Try-On Glasses Process Is Beneficial
A busy schedule can make it difficult to visit a vision center—and if you aren't in the Los Angeles or San Francisco Bay area, you won't have access to a JINS store.
Being able to try on glasses online is a convenient time saver that gives you access to styles you won't find anywhere else. There's no need to drive to a store or worry about squeezing another errand into your day. You can try on multiple frames effortlessly to determine which pairs flatter your face shape. It's really as simple as clicking a button!
How to Use the Tool
To try on glasses virtually, first select a pair of frames in your favorite color and tap the Virtual Try On button on the product page. You'll need a computer or cell phone camera for the next step.
After you click the Virtual Try On button, a prompt will appear asking permission to access the camera. Make sure you are in a well-lit area so the Virtual Try-On tool has a clear view of your face dimensions. The glasses will appear on your face, and you can turn your head to see how they look from different angles.
What You Need to Buy Glasses Online
After you try on glasses online and find the perfect pair(s), you need to choose the lenses. You'll need to provide a valid lens prescription from a vision care provider for this part. Start by choosing the usage (single vision, progressive, non-prescription, or readers), then select the lens type (clear, blue light blocking, polarized, dark, photochromic, or tinted) and a case.
We'll show you how to enter your prescription information as part of this process. Lastly, click the Add to Cart button to save your customized glasses.
We're sure you'll love the way our new glasses look and feel. But if you aren't satisfied with your purchase, JINS offers a 30-day return guarantee for a risk-free shopping experience.
