Site Not for Use by Children
Our website, products and services are not intended for use by persons under the age of thirteen (13). If the Personal Information we collect is found to contain the information of children under the age of 13, we will immediately delete the personal information.
In addition, we do not have actual knowledge that we sell, share, have sold or have shared the Personal Information of any persons between 13 and 16 years of age; however, if we plan to do so in the future, the selling or sharing of Personal Information will not be done unless the consumers between 13 and 16 years of age have affirmatively authorized it. Adults are welcome to place orders on behalf of children.

The JINS Website uses cookies to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart including when you have abandoned your cart and this information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS

Retention Period
Please note that even after your account is terminated or deleted we may retain some or all of your Personal Information as long as we have a legitimate purpose to do so and in accordance with applicable law. We also may retain backup copies of your information on our servers or databases (and/or any authorized third-party servers or databases we use) for legitimate purposes such as assist with any legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements with third parties. Our Location; Foreign Visitors
The servers for this website are located in the United States. In addition, as we mentioned in “Disclosure of Information to Third Parties”, we disclose your Personal Information to the Group Companies which incorporated in countries other than the United States, such as Japan.
