How to Adjust
For a tighter fit, gently bend the ear pieces (temples) downward.
Important Notice
Use caution when adjusting the ear pieces or putting on/removing the glasses to avoid catching your hair or skin. If you need to remove the glasses, do so by widening the temples rather than straightening the ear pieces first.
Do not use these glasses for contact sports or other high-impact activities.
