Award-winning industrial designer Alberto Meda’s mechanical engineering prowess births this universally flattering frame. Meda’s “Almost Organic” concept celebrates the broad range of innovation possibilities in the world of product design through experimentation.
These lightweight, functional glasses appeal to individuals who require a wider size with adjustable nose pads to prevent the frame from creeping up or sliding down the face. A classic design for decades, the Wellington has an inverted trapezoid shape that is particularly attractive on longer, oval faces and adds definition to the curves of round faces. A slit accent connects the full-rim frame’s resin front and temple—breathing new life into the classic Wellington design.
